Audit Report under section 12 A (b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in the
case of Chartable or Religious trust or Institutions.
We
have examined the Balance Sheet of M/s Rajasthan Education Institute &
Health Society, Dausa( Permanent Account No. AAATR62688B) as at 31st march
2006 and the Income and Expenditure account for the year ended in that
date which are in agreement with the books of accounts maintained by the
said trust or Institution.
We
have obtained all the information and explanation, which to the best of
our knowledge belief were necessary for the purpose of the Audit. In our
opinion proper books of accounts have been kept at their head Office of
the above named institution visited by us so far as purposes of Audit have
been RBCeived, subject to the comments given below:------
NIL
In
our opinion and to the best of our information and according to
information given to us, the said accounts give true and fair view;
(i)
in the case of balance Sheet of the state of affairs of the above named
institution as on 31st March, 2006, and
(ii)
In the case of Income and Expenditure of the income or expenditure of its
accounting year ending on 31st March 2006.
